Ten years behind the camera, finally with a brand that said so.

The Problem

Rebekah had spent a decade becoming an excellent wedding photographer, but her brand, still called Images by Rebekah, said none of that. It read as a generic, catch-all shooter and drew price-shoppers instead of the couples who valued her work. A strong portfolio was being undersold by its own name.

§ II
What We Built

A name that fit

Through a run of naming exercises, Hello Beautiful landed and stuck. It carries a promise, it is fun to say, and it sounds like her. Couples got more excited the moment they heard it.

An opinionated brand

We built a system of type, color, and graphic elements for the site, social, print, and the packages she sends after a wedding. It was made to attract a specific kind of client, not to play it safe.

A site built around the work

We designed and built a responsive site that put her images first and finally treated phones and tablets as first-class. She can update all of it herself without touching code.

A gallery that loads

We replaced the old Flash slideshow with a responsive grid and a full-screen lightbox, added lazy loading so even a hundred-image gallery stays fast, and set her galleries up so she can publish straight from Lightroom.

Copy with her voice

Every line on the site sounds like her and speaks to the brides and moms who hire her. One playful question on the contact form, what part of your wedding are you most excited about, started pulling warm, personal replies on day one.

§ III
The Outcome

The rebrand gave Rebekah a clearer brand to make decisions against, and the confidence to raise her prices to match her work. The first full month told the story.

  • Traffic quadrupled across users, sessions, and visits
  • Pages per session up from 1.9 to 3.7
  • Time on site up from 1:09 to 3:08
  • Bounce rate down from 53% to 41%
